Khoi’s Creation began in the quiet days of 2020, when curiosity turned into passion and a simple loaf became a lifelong craft. What started with focaccia experiments in a small kitchen has grown into a full expression of artisanal baking.
Our breads are inspired by Vietnamese influences and perfected through time-honored techniques of slow fermentation. Each loaf is hand-mixed, allowed to rise naturally, and baked with care — never rushed, never compromised. The result is bread that’s light, fragrant, and layered with complex flavor.
